Left seems to be fake, middle is very fake, right seems to be natural.

Left: would be helpful to see a bit more, so could be real but seems unlikely. The flat shape towards the bottom could be cause by a few different things, but if the implant isn’t placed well then it could look unnatural. Boobs also have unique shapes so it could just be a bad angle.

Middle: We can see everything. First thing to note is how round they are even though they arent in the bra. Her support is just from underneath and a bit from the size. The implant makes the top of the breasts stay rounded instead of flattening a bit.

Right: Probably natural, could be small under the muscle implants. Her top is still giving some lift, so that would explain the position.

Middle. Hers are obviously fake, but she’s the best looking of the 3, and I can deal with fake.
