This could be as discreet as seeing someone changing behind their car (that’s the only time it has happened to me), or as blatant as walking up on people having sex on a hiking trail (something that happened to my ex gf).

    I was in Paris and waking along the Seine. I turned the corner and boom topless girl with a photographer doing a shoot. It presumably wasn’t legal as they got their shots quick and left.

        I paused because I would have walked into the shot. When he stoped for a bit to repose her I continued on.
