In college, guy went to the bathroom, found a lighter in his pocket and started lighting toilet paper on fire while on the toilet. No idea how long he was in there but it was bad enough that the fire extinguisher went off and flooded the basement and first floor. The guy got kicked out of the dorm, but don’t know what else happened or how much it cost.
