I swear every thread has the same 100 people in it so my upvote counter is pretty high for most people. Wondering what it’s at for other people on Lemmy. You tell me my vote count and I’ll tell you what I have for you :)
They are all recorded.
Oh wow that’s creepy
Yea, users don’t often realize that the nature of federation means nothing is private.
I have the feature enabled, but I don’t have any vote history for you.
First time I read about that feature. It seems it starts counting only after you enable it, unfortunately.
Aw yeah, that makes sense. I have you at +1 before this comment
<3
Yeah, I just enabled it after reading this!
TIL that’s a thing. It wasn’t even turned on for me
Yeah! It’s fun but definitely exposes that the average comment section is mostly made up of the same people.
I have you at +2
I discovered it today as well. I enabled it for now but I don’t know if it’s really a good idea.
You guys are getting upvotes?
I have you at +7 so you are for sure :)
Awww shucks!
I should use Voyager more often. But I Lemmy on laptop, tablet and phone, so it’s a bit hard to keep that synchronised, I guess :)
You’re actually now a +6 for me.
You’re at +23 for me!
Zero because the setting is off.
This is the option under User Tags? What does Store Source Link mean?
Where do you enable this setting?
Under User Taga
Interesting such a feature exists in voyager. If I hadn’t seen this post I never would’ve found it even if I used voyager for years.
Thank you for pointing it out!
Use voyager -> Settings-> user tags -> track votes
Thank you. I should update my apps more often.
Can someone do me? 😄 I am super curious
+1. Just enabled as well.
It is now +1 because I didn’t know there was a feature for something like this.
[+2], I just turned it on since I only learnt about it from this post.
Thanks for causing me to learn something.
I’m getting the sense that I don’t upvote people enough, most of my tracked votes are negative.
I have you at +1 now, and added a “Probably Steve” tag for good measure
They clearly say they’re not Steve!
That’s clearly something that Steve would say. Source: am Steve… or am I?
WTH? When was that added? I’ve been using this since wefwef and I hadn’t a clue.
