I’ve been buying the generic brands between Kroger and Walmart just passed on what i needed most this week. It’s always the cheapest anyway. I see zero reason to buy name brand flour, condiments, or canned foods. What killed me this week as buying kitty litter. That Was a massive increase. Fortunately i live 2 blocks away from the weekly farmer’s market, so i am gonna just start buying seasonal produce there this summer

To be fair, it’s also because Newsweek is a joke of a magazine now that doesn’t have real journalists with those sorts of contacts anymore.

Mine will do full on make out sessions grooming each other’s faces, and other times one will grab the other in a headlock and start grooming. Other times they will be cuddling, and one starts grooming the other, who is clearly enjoying it. Then she decides she doesn’t want it anymore and it turns into a slap fight in the bed before becoming another make out session.

Cats are weird sometimes

I was definitely lucky to have a perfect storm where they were just kittens ~ a month apart in age, and i had only had the older one for 2 weeks when i saved the second. Mine are also abnormally social and friendly cats. I’m just saying that even cats that are best friends will still wrestle and rough house with each other, and sometimes even fight, same as kids will fight with their siblings.

Mine were immediately best friends, but they wrestle with each other all the time. They cuddle, groom, explore, and squabble all day with each other

Not pictured is when i gave them some catnip last week, causing Nini to grab Bou bu the harness and start alapping her in the face. They can go from cuddling to wrestling, to cuddling again in an instant. I’m so glad that they immediately became best friends.

A lot of managers would rather dump the product than let someone benefit from it for free.

This is the inevitable result of “No Child Left Behind” linking school funding to how students performed on standardized tests. American schools haven’t been about education for the last 20+ years. They are about getting as much funding as possible.

What do you think testing is for? It’s to show what you know/have learned

Those “luxury” apartments are just plywood and sheetrock byult as fast and cheap as possible. They look good at first glance but start to come apart after just a couple years.
