Yowza. I was fortunate to get my condo two years ago before this stuff accelerated to the point of hopelessness, and now that the US is having its credit downgraded, that was an even luckier thing to do.

For me, the biggest benefits have been:

• Significantly-reduced lower back pain
• Better sleep, and I fall asleep more easily
• Mood. (Note that it only takes 20 minutes of activity to get endorphins flowing)
• I don’t get winded as quickly climbing stairs.

I saw this headline and just assumed it was an anti-tourist thing, but I was wrong.

I used to be very anti-gay because I was raised religious. One day, someone explained to me that gay people feel exactly the same feelings as straight people, it’s just they’re directed differently. Somehow, that made it all click and it just made sense.

It always warms my heart to hear how hard it was for Democrats to actually wield power when they had it, especially when Trump is giving a master class on the possibilities.
