3 months agoI agree this seems wrong. Could be referring to the historical bases like Pepperrell, Argentia, Goose Bay etc. but they were closed by the 1960s. NORAD bases do have US personnel on them, so do some Navy bases but by that count it would be far more than 3.
It has .ia in the file name because it was processed with the Internet Archive’s MP4 tool which optimises the file for streaming by moving some content in the file around. Very common for Internet Archive files and nothing to do with AI.
