Israel needs their master list intact so they can continue pulling the levers. Hence why nobody’s been officially named.
It also explains why the trump admin couldn’t release a doctored version like everyone thought they would. If the version they release now doesn’t include someone whom they’ll need to blackmail later, then the whole thing becomes poisonous to use and a lot of time and money is now up in smoke.
