If I recall correctly, that’s already happened with a space mission (I think it was a Mars satellite). The EU used kilometers, which is the scientific norm anyway, and for some reason, the US used miles. The trajectory was WAY off.

“I’m not locked in here with you, you’re locked in here with me!”
…except pathetic instead of badass.
History will judge the politicians who did nothing, too.
lol I didn’t even think of this. Personally, I think that hosting the Olympics is a really fucking stupid thing for a city to do, so I’m just gonna sit back and laugh.
And yes, I’m American.
Gotta admit, though, it looks like some nice bodywork. ATBGE
Sleeping on my side
It amuses me that world leaders pretend to be surprised by declining birth rates. They know perfectly well that it’s because of their and/or their neighbors policies. The environment is being poisoned, and possibly destroyed. People are reluctant to bring a child into this world, and I think they’re right to be.
I can’t imagine how many wives are living this exact scenario
Being wrong is a great way to learn. Everyone is wrong sometimes, so I don’t see it as a flaw to be ashamed of. I think the best way to handle being wrong is to acknowledge it and treat it as a learning opportunity.
You’re… kidding, right? You can’t possibly be this naive.
If people don’t like something, there are those who will be assholes about it. Legality doesn’t matter at all. People don’t magically stop being assholes just because a law is passed.
I can’t emphasize this enough: DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING UPFRONT
