No OP but the pink character is Bean from the artist Ketnipz, who also sells merch. This shirt looks like it has this image, so I’m guessing the art might be from this artist.

Voor mij een zwarte koffie zonder stroopwafel aub. De stroopwafel mag er wel los nog bij (en dus niet in de koffie haha snap je hem, wat een spraakverwarring zeg).
