IIRC they already had electric motors pretty early after the car was invented. I don’t think the idea is radical enough to prove that you’re from the future.
Historical knowledge would come in handy, though IDK much about the late 19th century. And it would probably take a while until an event you predict actually happens, even if you’re a bit of a 19th century history nerd.
Beyond that, might be a lost cause. People are generally not going to believe that kind of thing even if you present some amount of evidence, and even if they do they might react badly to it.
First time we made edibles we knew that you have to wait about 45-60 minutes (probably more actually, but that was what we knew back then) until the effect starts. We waited maybe half an hour and ate two before we noticed that we massively misjudged how much weed to put into them. And OF COURSE we also drank alcohol before.

I don’t think sci-fi and fantasy are that clear-cut. A lot of fantasy is quite hopeful (the bad guys pretty much always lose at the end of the story), and it’s kind of 50:50 whether it depicts the past as better or worse than it was. e.g. the shire in Lord of the Rings is practically a utopia, despite not being completely unrealistic for a pre-industrial society (it probably looks a lot more utopian than it is because most of the hobbit characters we know are aristocrats).
Literature is, generally, definitely not about happy feelings, though.
Last time I enjoyed myself doing exercise, I probably played table tennis with a tennis ball and hands as paddles. The hard part is finding people who have time when you do, and who are on a similar skill+fitness level as you (picking silly games like the one I described helps).
So yeah, I’m not getting much exercise, either.

IMO, scientific knowledge isn’t that useful if you only have a surface-level understanding of how things work. Either way, let’s say you know enough to get a reputation as a genius inventor or something like that, maybe some people would actually believe if you claim that you’re from the future then, but I think there would be more people who just think you’re crazy (or “eccentric” if you’re lucky).
