I couldn’t find it - the photographer (Jerome Duplessis aka Jerome Gouvrion) has been re-uploading the content from his old site recently however, so maybe he will upload this one one day too.
I’ve even looked through the archive.org versions of his site (pretty sure the copyright on the bottom says 2004), but still no luck - can’t even tell for sure who the model is.
Edit: I did find this image which means the models were Lou & Dana, series 150 shot in April 2004 - but that’s all I got.
Edit 2: looks like Dana is a French fetish model Dana Carlier (the redhead looking at camera), who also used to have her own site (www.dana-and-friends.com) and she did some shoots with Lou from www.loulady.com, who was also listed as the only Lou on captiveculture.com at the time, so I am pretty sure that is her as well.
