I’ve heard it as (and occasionally use myself),
Insanity is a sane response to an insane world.
“I feel like I’m going crazy!”
“You’re not going crazy Aurther! You’re going sane in a crazy world!”
Well that didn’t help my depression at all!
“Chemical imbalance” depression is such nonsense
It is not. Misunderstood concept still, apparently. There is some kind of information war going on.
